What happens to my data if I downgrade?: Your sealed maintenance records stay sealed and verifiable on the blockchain forever — the hash chain is permanent. You'll just lose access to new Pro features (more aircraft, blockchain seals, audit log). Existing records remain readable and exportable.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?: No. The 14-day trial is automatic on signup. We only ask for payment when you upgrade or the trial ends and you want to keep Pro features.
Are the blockchain seals tamper-evident?: Our seals provide tamper-evident proof of when an entry was signed and that it hasn't been altered. Entries capture FAR 43.9 record fields. FAR 43.9 still requires the certificated person making the entry to be qualified and accurate — we don't certify your work for you, we just guarantee your records can't be silently changed.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription. Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Where is my data hosted?: Encrypted EU servers (Hetzner FSN1-DC11, Helsinki). Daily age-encrypted backups to a Hetzner Storage Box in the same region. See our Privacy Policy for details.
