Mechanic access
Share an aircraft with your A&P or IA. They work in your records without owning them. Pro and Fleet include unlimited mechanic access; Free includes up to 20 mechanics.

Frequently asked
- How does per-aircraft pricing work?
- Pro is $14.99 per aircraft per month, or $149.90 per aircraft per year (two months free), for up to 5 aircraft. Add or remove an aircraft and the next invoice adjusts automatically (prorated). Beyond 5 aircraft, Fleet is a flat $100 a month or $1,000 a year for unlimited aircraft.
- Do I need a credit card for the trial?
- Yes. The Pro trial is 15 days free and starts with a card. If you don't cancel before day 15, Pro continues and your card is charged automatically (monthly or yearly, whichever you picked). Cancel anytime before day 15 from Settings → Billing and you pay nothing. The Free plan never needs a card.
- How do I get Fleet?
- Book a demo. We walk through your operation and set up Fleet with you, monthly or yearly. A 15-day trial is available after the call.
- What happens to my data if I move to Free?
- Nothing is deleted. Your sealed records stay sealed and verifiable while your account is active. Free keeps one active aircraft and up to 10 due items; anything above that stays readable and comes back to life when you upgrade.
- What does the buyer pay for the Sale Records Package?
- Nothing. The seller requests the package (a manual service at a fixed price, requested by contact, with nothing charged until the work is delivered). The buyer and the prebuy inspector open the verify link and the integrity report for free, with no account.
- Are the seals tamper-evident?
- Our seals provide tamper-evident proof of when an entry was signed and that it hasn't been altered. Entries capture FAR 43.9 record fields. FAR 43.9 still requires the certificated person making the entry to be qualified and accurate — we don't certify your work for you. We make any change to a signed record detectable.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. During the trial, cancel before day 15 and you are never charged. After that, Pro stays active until the end of the month or year you paid for.
- Is engine tracking included in Free?
- Free lets you enter engine hours, tach and total time so your due items (100-hour, oil change and the like) keep counting down. Engine tracking — the TBO countdown, engine trends and health, cylinder and compression history, and engine components — is part of Pro ($14.99 per aircraft per month) and is included in Fleet.
- Where is my data hosted?
- App servers and the primary database are hosted in the EU by netcup GmbH, behind Cloudflare. Uploaded files are stored with Cloudflare R2, so some data may be processed outside the EU. Backups are age-encrypted and kept on the production server; an offsite copy is not yet in place. See our Privacy Policy for details.
